Overview
HereWeAreAI is provided by Henry Media Group, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be processed when you use the HereWeAreAI iOS application and related services.
Questions and Investigation Content
When you submit a typed question, voice-transcribed question, or image for investigation, that content may be transmitted to service providers used to generate and support the investigation. The content is processed for the purpose of responding to your request and operating the application.
Microphone and Speech Recognition
HereWeAre uses the microphone only while you choose to ask a question by voice. Speech Recognition is used to convert your spoken question into text for investigation. Voice input permissions are controlled by iOS.
Images
If you choose to attach an image, the selected image may be processed as part of your investigation. HereWeAre does not require access to your entire photo library simply to investigate an image you deliberately select through the system photo picker.
Saved Investigations
The application may store saved investigation information locally on your device to provide the Saved feature.
Third-Party Services and Links
Investigations can contain links to third-party websites, sources, videos, podcasts or other resources. Those destinations are governed by their own privacy policies and practices.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information handled through the application. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
HereWeAreAI is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the application and its services evolve. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
